MENTAL WELL-BEING
As a teenager, mental health difficulties can arise due to pressure from academic expectations, peer pressure, family issues, and body image concerns. Depression can lead to thoughts of giving up in life, but remember, depression is not a weakness. It can be treated with medication prescribed by a doctor and counseling.
